They may be unsolicited today but if it's the same parties they had interested when they were solicting for interest then it will probably be bye bye STELLA, last offers I beleive MFS were to keep the majority holding but how times change so quickly and I bet the offer is nowhere the same as before, but on the other hand this will see the share price rocket back to something realistic.
