It amazes me how many deals ADX can announce and then never conclude whilst retaining a market cap circa $30m.
From casual observance here are the 'dead or dying' deals:
KIK - AMI Tunisia amd Romania -Dead , KIK Pulled Out
WER - Farmin Sambuca - Dead - mutually agreed??
PGS - Farmin Sambuca - Missing , presumed dead.
DNO - Farmin Chorbane - LOI - Farmin not executed
PGS - 3D Survey - Contract not executed
NXS - AMI Romania - likely abandonment given new NXS board?
DrillRIG - LOI for Sambuca , not formally executed
Trafalgar - Equity facility paid for with $600k stock yet not drawn and potentially in default?
Can anyone point me to a deal that ADX has delivered on? And remind me why it is I still have this on my watchlist?
