as StoofMcgoof was saying victoria has been 3km for along time now and people have become aware and use to it, cameras are popping up everywhere, the only thing i have issues with is the accracy of the cameras, ie red light cameras taking photos whilst waiting on the green in the middle of the road turning right. camera operators picking up the wrong person based on computer identification software and officers booking you based on 'observational' speeding without radar (had some fun with this one over the long weekend queens birthday at 10pm pitch black in heavy rain during a blitz)
