I don't condone speeding, however this is ridiculous. 20 years ago, you were allowed to drink drive, now you can slip up by doing 4km over the speed limit. I'm not a motoring expert, but surely the smallest things could cause your speedometer to display an incorrect speed.. will this mean we will need to have our motor vehicles tested upon servicing to ensure they are so called "calibrated"?
This is blatant revenue raising at its best...
