maybe when people hear of accidents on the normal roads/monash freeway in the morning they take east link.
good to see though, working on st kilda rd coming from rowville i dont get to use east link in the mornings, but i drive past it on wellington rd and always check out the traffic volume. today was looking good.. hope this keeps up come tolling time.
