Paul100, TRF calls all the shots on IFE as we both know TRF has effective control of IFE which was floated by TRF as Trafford's way of bringing its iron ore into production plus TRF effectively has more than a 60% pro rata ownership of the Wilcherry Hill project to IFE's 40% (20% free carrie3d plus 50% of IFE plus 100% rights to anything that is not iron ore such as gold. There have been some big gold hits there.)
I strongly disagree with the post suggesting that any company which wants to control IFE needs to bid for IFE and not TRF.
Anyone who wants to control IFE needs to bid for TRF. REPEAT. Anyone who wants to control IFE needs to bid for TRF.
I've never heard of a company that wants to control another company bidding for it when there is already a 50% blocking stake unless the holder of that stake has agreed to sell.
