TRF by virtue of holding 50% of the IFE share on issue will put directors onto the IFE Board who will vote the way TRF wants them to vote. These TRF nominated directors on IFE will decide how much of IFE's profits should be paid as dividends, and in that sence TRF will ultimately control the flow of dividends from IFE.

All very simple and basic.
