tragic comparison to jbhifi

i am glad the Clear dael is proceeding. Couldnt make the AGM but presume it was full of misplaced optimism. all the Board but a couple should be sacked. anyone notice the bad grammer in the pathetic AGM slides posted on the ASX?

anyway, i visited the SRA store right next door to JB Hifi in Melbourne. It was sad. JB was pumping with people, i was the only person in Strathfield (and I dont even smell that bad).

I had a bit of a heart to heart with the sales person and basically said "I feel your pain". The staff member made teh comment they were a bit low on stock and when prompted she confirmed it was because they couldnt afford any.

The store did look neat and tidy but boring and plain. JB had music pumping, SRA had nothing. It just looked like a big shop with not a lot of stock and nothnig to be excited about. There was heaps of car audio on the walls and they commented it sells OK but not great.

In summary, the woes of SRA are summed up by that one store visit. The worst was getting a proverbial knife in the guts seeing JBHifi flying right next door.
