Start with read the Origin of the species...audiobook is on Youtube if not wanting to read.

Gain a university level understanding of biology, genetics, sociology, psychology (each not need to be a passing grade but a good enough grounding to be conversant across most of it when necessary)and rudimentary physiology. After this stage you have prepared yourself to some degree to start researching deeper and wider papers (science) and with time also cognitive and behavioural neurosciences/personality sciences., each of those sciences alone can take a lifetime to cover at the highest levels available and each alone is of varying worth to wider understanding so you better get going if your interested enough to have an opinion.

or you can just sit around lying all the time to yourself for your cult of belief because it makes you feel more internally comfortable (yes science knows why)....ask yourself do you lie and know it's a lie or do you actually believe what you say when parroting ideological dogma's?......a differential understanding will stem from both in science anyway.
