on that matter here’s a shout out to all those men who find family violence of any sort to be abhorrent. Here’s to all those men who actively and willingly work to build an understanding of the difference between healthy and toxic masculinity. Here’s to all those men who work at maintaining a happy relationship. Here’s to all those men who have recognised that some of their behaviour and thinking was depriving them of the one thing they wanted - happiness - and have made some changes

and lastly here’s to the women who have had the courage to speak out because make no mistake that requires courage

hollywood to stick their murder films up
their sleeve.
I have lost a few friendships telling folk to grow up.
They all called me a wowser.
At what age do people see the violence
we see almost every night advertised as
entertainment from good ole Hollywood.
I heard arnie shot dead 375 people in one
of his money making films.
I hear there is no limit to watching this muck
