Martin Place and now this horrific ordeal.
So many out there under a dark and lonely cloud with little or no help when it's needed most.
As institutions/systems wind back and or close down we'll unfortunately see more and more of these sorts of tragedies as people are pushed further into corners with no place left to go.
Very sad indeed.
