another tragic US military intelligence failure and none held to account
I watched the report of this incident on PBS Newshour today.......and the surprising thing is that no one was even calling for accountability
the reporter summarised the event as:
"the final action that the US military took offensively, after 20 years of war in Afghanistan, killed a US-funded aid worker, who was trying to develop Afghanistan"
