sad, but he knew the risks and took them ... tackling is dangerous ... to now sue the NRL for his injury is to deny his responsibility for his injury ... he should have taken out high insurance, expensive for participation in dangerous sports, but no doubt he got paid well enough as a player and could have afforded it ...
