Yep,
Getting these shares, your buying the stable dividend, not looking too much about the share price growth,(tho long term you would expect it around the 2.50-3 mark), dividend which is what 5-7c per half year, 10-14c full year, at current share prices, thats a 6-9% return. pretty good imo.
