I don't understand or try to understand the medical and scientific stuff posted here by many intelligent professional highly educated posters. I have a neighbour with a 20 year old girl with Retts. Talk about devotion, hard work and sacrifice! I am in Australia and her daughter was not on this trial but this lady would know if her daughter had improved or not during a trial and also would know if there was regression when taken off.
Validation for me would be to hear from parents whose daughters had done the trial. I know they are sworn to silence for the duration of the trial but now that it is complete and results published are they not free to speak of their daughters and their own experiences!
