One of the directors (think it was Brisden) alluded that there would be some sort of announcement in regards to a rail deal and subsequently expansion plans in the near future, and possibly before the end of Feb. Obviously Feb has come and gone, but does anyone have any news/whispers on this front. Has a problem popped up? Is it most likely a deal with the former QR National? And is the delay weighing on the share price? (obviously the recent ~$10 IO price drop probably has more to do with it)
