Also, if you want to see what absolute confidence looks like, every single one of these directors purchased shares with their own money during most recent placement. These shares were issued at price of 28c each - they were paid for.
And guess what? Same thing happened in the Oct 2019 placement, all these shares were purchased at 39c each. How many other companies do you see get such director support? It's actually quite rare...
And guess what... December 2018 placement... same thing LOL. Each time, all the directors, participated in each of the share placements. Most of the placement amounts below were for the maximum allowed amount ($50k), and a couple did "only" $25k.
Name me one other ASX listed company where this happens?
