Tina2009, you are right (by not trust my post)! That is why I said I can be WRONG. However if you look at all stock charts, you can see if charts hang around at low level TOO LONG, then it WILL CHANGE direction to an UP TREND.BBI,CNP, LLP,BBP, BBI, FMS, and so on. Look at RRS's weekly chart you will see why my guess 7/10c (not right now but maybe in the near future, who knows?). And this is my GUESS (base on chart) ONLY, can be RIGHT or WRONG.
Mudguts, I hold a few at 4.1 and prepare to wait longer as all lines CMO, RSI, RMI, MACD, etc have plenty room for an uptrend.
