    It appears that the underwriter had the ability to sell 17.02M shares.
    If so, then 2.22M of those would be short in which case they can then buy these back on market (30 days) if the price is below $6 or alternatively buy them from the company at $6 if the share price rises above $6. In that case additional money would flow to Anteris.

    So far it appears they have bought 1.605M on market, so unless the price rises quickly Anteris won’t get any additional funds over the $88M IPO

    Hence the stabilisation effect
