    My understanding as follows, happy to be corrected :

    IPO 14.8m units @ $6 = $88.8m

    The underwriter then has the right to purchase up to an additional 2.22m units (greenshoe) @ $6 , if exercised the additional funds come to Anteris :

    Greenshoe 2.22m units @ $6 = $13.2m

    Total capital raised $13.2 + 88.8 = $102m
