For those without an understanding of how this works, it is my understanding "training kits" are bought to allow training of the rank and file. This then leads on to purchases to arm these rank and file.

The sales for the rank and file soldiers are in the many multiples of any value of the training kits.

This is a very positive announcement. I think I might have to get a few for the bottom drawer.
