My difficulty is that the report does not give several important pieces of information - what proportion of total training revenues was/is represented by govt contracts. What is the strength of the part that is non-govt, how are each business units doing and what is the outlook for each? what is the forward vision. Are they still serious about integrating hiring and placement with training? What is the strategy there?
Given the margins in training is far healthier than in labor hire you would think they would give it their best efforts. When this sector has seen some operators departing, some would take it as an opportunity. They can do a lot better in communication.
