One week before the elections and innocent people killed in highly organised violence. The Spanish government wants it to be ETA but Bush wants it to be al Quaeda, or at least perceived to be.

Look a little deeply at what is happening and you come to two possibilities: either terrorists have no cause or direction and merely want to kill innocents despite the adverse political impact on themselves and anything they stand for, or else they are stupid pawns without reasoning who end up serving the purposes of their political opponents.

Killing workers who are merely travelling to and from work? Who travels on buses and trains anyway - millionaires?
