I've been following HST for quite a while. Whilst the SP looks super cheap, it may not be.
I had been hanging out for the 31 Dec financials and they are scary IMO. Looking at the P/L, excluding impairments and depn, you've got a solid loss of just over $100m. Absolutely unbelievable! You can't just turn this around overnight, especially for a company with global exposure. You would have creditors out their sitting back, holding back payments hoping for the worst IMO!
As for the goodwill, what a joke IMO!

"Should the amendment to the Syndicated Facility Agreement with the Banking Group not be finalised... significant uncertainty regarding the ability of Hastie to continue as a going concern..." The fact that these comments are disclosed would be of SERIOUS concern to anyone!!!!!
