pete, Their window is closing, global warming is breathing it's last, the boats are being stopped, people are waking up to the old ways of the frisson between labour and capital and awakening to the new dawn of individual smarts and self reliance. The ex-communists and control economy freaks that infest us cannot handle this and Abbott is their nemesis. They will stop at nothing to claw back their power and IMHO no one represents this fossilised way of thinking better than little Bill Shorten and that lovely woman Milne.
They want our souls but Abbott thinks only God has a right to that.
