From the Mint Share Purchase plan announcement there were 110,869,562 shares placed at 0.023 cents which equals $2,5M.

These shares are to be placed to new investors as well as to existing shareholders.

From the recent Cleansing statement dated 12/09/2019 there were 64,568,563 shares places to new 'sophisticated and professional' investors.

This means that the remaining 46,300,999 shares worth $1,064,923 will be placed to current substantial shareholders which will need approval at the AGM. From the share purchase plan announcement-this is the second tranche and will be placed to TAAJ and one more existing major shareholder.

This should be a vote of confidence to all existing shareholders.

re Tramada it looks like they are well integrated with them, so not sure why you think they won't be renewing their agreement.

In any case Mint is well diversified. Travel growth is coming through direct customer acquisition so this may or may not involve Tramada.

In addition Mint has delivered the BNZ eftpos machine and is awaiting launch by BNZ in FY20 - we have been waiting for a while....This will be a nice kicker as this will be installed to all BNZ business customers - major retailers etc.

The interesting story for MInt at the moment is that they have hit a sweet spot with travel. I can't articulate what the unique value proposition is from a tech point of view, however they must be doing something right and addressing pain points that no one in the market can address at the moment, as they are winning new travel customers every quarter and achieving good TTV growth quarter on quarter...something I believe won't go unnoticed.
