I heard that the glorious ACT govt has 100% renewables. They are also building a glorious electric tram service but it is not called a tram though. The word tram does not appeal to the superficial brain of the glorious greened voters.
So at night when there is no wind it is possible that they will have teams of glorious horses (renewables) lined up to haul the trams around. Brumbies from the Snowy are being rounded up as we put pen to paper.
The day time is better if the sun shines but there is no wind.
Now the high grain diet for the horse teams will produce a lot of wind but it is not usable in the renewable sense (or is it?) The cost of collecting the horse dung will be added to the ticket price.
Win win is when the wind blows and the sun shines. Then it will be a glorious day.
Paint them white and bolt on tusks and they will be the perfect white elephants.
