Tranche 2 - T minus 30 Days

Lets start on Known Knowns......and get to the other 2 categories..

T2 KNOWN KNOWNs:
Firstly its 2/3 size of T1.(82m shares). Is allotted in 30 Days AND subject to Shareholder Approval on May 24 (T minus 24 days). Interesting.

Secondly... OZ can you explain or find out or estimate what % of T1 holders were offered  and also took up T2. What % were new instos and who ? In fact who are the T1 instos and who are the T2 instos ?. I need answers to these to form a more  acute view on T2. What I can say its all 220m shares being partially absorbed now, in fact the whole of trading after T1 D-Day is technically absorbing ALL, including SPP, but the answer lies in so many factors from Allocations  of T1 and T2 to DFS.

Still thinking....

i do know 20% Dilution is not a worry but it will limit upside in ST....and I will say this the $1 party (and title of this thread) is actually and mathematically the 80c party. ( I can hear the growls)....But before OC tears me apart......we will comfortably pass both in time probably CYQ316.  So wgaf !

"I do know that T1 and T2 have gone to relatively few participants, so I wont be surprised if they are all the same, just got proportionally T1 and T2. They were specifically looking for long term holders, and those that screwed us before missed out."


This tells me alot OZ and keep digging.... but have to run.....will revert on known knowns.

T2 is more complicated.....or not ?..
