Why $40million, I would assume they have calculated the amount they will need to get to FDA application, AA approval, and securing a strong partner to progress with MSA treatment, and more excitingly, progress into PD.
The fact they secured it so quickly is extremely impressive, as our path is now laid to get to the set targets, with likely no more dilution or raises, as the new partner would likely cover this.
Why was it only given to sophies and high earners, because they have more money laying around than us blue collar workers.
Given the amount of data to unpack, I dont expect to hear much from Alterity for awhile, and when theres no news, holders get wrestless and start to sell off, so Im not going to be surprised if we reach 0.009c, which is 18.1% less than 0.011c, especially if todays market moves continue. so if you want your share of a "15%" discount there it is, just no free options that expire in 2yrs.
