I’m up with you there. Certainly in relation to history and current state, including the CR.
Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough above. I’ll try to keep this short.
Say there are 6 major commercial projects which should be under way (the AA, appointing a partner, dealing with the FDA, etc …), and 6 major science based projects (completing the Phase 2 analysis, planning Phase 3, etc …). My question is what are they doing about each, and what are the milestones and timelines?
Frankly, I can’t imagine there’d be much about the broad details which would be commercial in confidence. We’re not in competition with anyone at this stage. So what’s going on now, and what’s planned?
So if I picked up just one of those major projects (yes, there could be many more), say the AA:
- who and how are we progressing this? Do we have an internal team, or are we bringing in outside expertise?
- what are the key deliverables and milestones? What do we hope will be delivered when? (For instance, are we targeting a Yes/No decision for mid-year?)
- what are the interdependencies with other projects?
I’m not expecting loads of details, but some would be very helpful.
For instance, in a mining company we both follow, the MD has been keeping shareholders up to date with broad plans and milestones. “Currently we are drilling to expand the gold reserves, and should have results in 2 weeks. Then we can undertake further drilling, and if we get the right results, we can monetise the gold to fund further exploration into rare earths in the 3rd quarter of 2025”.
(Please don’t anyone tell me ATH is not a mining company! This is just an example of the type of roadmap that the ATH CEO might provide).
