hmmm I am not going to getting into a protracted debate but I have seldom seen a Capital Raising where existing Shareholders were not eligible, nor have I seen management make themselves and their associates eligible where the Shareholders were not
So in my view, it is very poor form and demonstrates self interest above the general interest of their Shareholders. It actually disadvantages those who actually paid for their shares and given the share price history, leaves some people still under water despite the trial success
