Not sure guys but if you read the recent Notice of Meeting it talks about Tranche2 & 3. It appear the shares cannot be issued to China Success until the meeting of shareholders has been held and the raising approved.
I think it might also be the case that as far as IK is concerned, if the company has not announced non receipt of the monies then everything is moving along in accordance with previous announcements.
Must admit it would be good to get an announcement to state tranche2 has been received but I can understand why IK would not announce it if everything is still moving along in accordance with previous guidance.
What does everyone think??
