Tranche 3 debt financing for Hummer development well

Anyone out there able to throw some light on these funding arrangements, seemingly financing is secured against 75% of the potential revenue of the new well, as PSA only have a @10-12% financial interest in the well, should it be successful and produce at similar rates to Hummer (they are expecting greater production with more zones likely to be tested for production) are net proceeds to PSA only 25% of their respective interest until the debt is paid off? Assuming it is $5M (i.e. the full tranche) it could be quite some time before there is a decent income stream from this well to sustain the business? Input appreciated..
