Resolution 3 – approve the allotment and issue of 49,746,478 Shares at an issue price of $0.355 per Share to Timeone Holdings Limited.




Extension of issue of Tranche 3 shares to Timeone Holdings Limited
Pluton Resources Limited (ASX: PLV) wish to advise that it has been agreed with Timeone Holdings Limited to extend the completion date for the issue of the Tranche 3 shares in Pluton Resources Limited. Pursuant to the subscription agreement between Pluton Resources Limited and Timeone Holdings Limited dated on or about 29 September 2011, as varied by a letter agreement dated 16 December 2012 (Subscription Agreement), the subscription and payment for the issue of the Tranche 3 shares has been extended to 17 February 2012. The subscription and payment for the issue of the Tranche 4 shares will occur 3 business days after the issue of the Tranche 3 shares and accordingly has been extended to 22 February 2012.
