I think the real worry is that they aren't going to make a full blown offer for the company. If Timeone own 30% after their Tranche 4, all they need is to form an alliance with another party (say some other nobody Chinese holding companies) who acquire another 21% on market. That could be 3 companies each holding 7% of the shares. That block then holds 51% of the shares and effectively controls the company. Not a nice thought.
