Tranche1 Placement ?

A bit of homework over the weekend , one question I wonder that no one asks is the investors that put in $7,815,105 dollars in . Meir is giving back the 3,500,000 around about back to us shareholders if we want . Surely Meir would have told tranche 1 something quite promising even inside knowledge before investing a lot more money than me and then changing his mind with the Sats . People with money surely would not have just given this amount because they could claim a Capital gains loss next year . ARE / they in the same boat as us . I would have thought they could have bought a few better investments , Unless they have been told things will happen shortly that we do not know . What does every one think?
