And why wouldn't they after SEN released details of the deal prematurely and IKL got the chance to see what the market thought of the company and how it was open to further exploitation price-wise.
I think the sen board (specifically FG) shot themselves in the foot in this regard and demonstrates their lack of solid business acumen and negotiation skills.
Surely no better reason to sack the chairman....
