The drilling of Yolboyu 1 based on 2d may have been to establish the present of gas at a deeper depth than all other current discoveries, and to give the operators Trans Atlantic a better idea of how much of a upgrade they may have to consider for expansion of the gas plant if needed.

Because of the way the tax system works on gas and oil discoveries, we may see this underplayed until they are in a position to develop this deeper play and on sell the gas, especially with the end of the financial year approaching.
