If you were able to transfer the land in - as a result of it being classified as BRP I would suggest you obtain a sworn valuation. ATO red hot on transfers of assets into fund from related parties as a result of people trying to circumvent contribution caps.
Would be seeking advice from a solicitor with superannuation and property expertise.
