I have wondered if FAR win if WPL would have a case against COP for failing to run the sale process properly.......end of the day its all on COP from a paperwork perspective.......the completion of the sale is down to WPL and from then on they bear responsibility for continuing as though FAR didn't matter.
The 35% is about to book 84 mmbbls 2P @ $12 Usd= $1.008 billion + 113 mmbbls 2C @ $5 Usd for a total of 1.573 billion Usd that cost sub $500......is it any wonder FAR won't do a deal! DB
