Looks to me like they are trying to shake of existing small holders and will do several issues as a private company to achieve this - well that is what I would do .

A company that says costs and compliance of ASX aren't for it and thinks Nasdaq is easier IMO is kidding itself

Yep looks to me like ASX small holders used as a disposable stepping stone funding fodder unless there is a large change in the way I see things have been run

I still can't work out how good product really is and barriers to others ?. .
