great idea. Just remeber though that a marketable parcel is from memory 500 $ or more minimum. So if u for some reason really want to dispose of 1 share then you must buy enough (over $ 500) to be able to get rid of them.
The other advatnage is that you dont have to keep on re-netering you TFN for divies and updating re you pref eg Divi Reinvestment etc.
Well worth while doing IMO
