I recently transferred the bulk of my tlw share holding to my super fund. Now you require to see your stockbroker to have the shares x-ferred to your name only as you say your ex wants cash. The bite here is you need to see your accountant as to the tax obligations you have to x-fer the tlw shares to your name. My suggestion is tax payable with your ex go 50-50 in paying the tax. so accountant is very important and stockbrokers to do the x-fer for you. hope this helps.D
