I have looked up the form you referred to, and I will check with accountant etc.
I also noticed another hotcopper member mention when you transfer, you could use the profits made from your shares as a Superannuation contribution deduction, therefore no tax would be payable?. This would only apply to the amount a taxpayer can claim as a deduction for any income year. In my case up to $150,000 per year.
Would you think, this would be correct?
