Sydney - Wednesday - August 26: (RWE Aust Business News) - The
NSW Government has released an additional $100 million to Transfield
Services' (ASX:TSE) Housing NSW contract to upgrade and maintain public
housing.
This is in addition to the $30 million announced in May, building
on the five-year $385 million maintenance contract.
Transfield Services is also working closely with Housing NSW to
develop a portfolio of additional stimulus project work to the value of
approximately $40 million to be delivered this financial year.
Transfield Services expects to continue to benefit from the
stimulus packages allocated in Australia to maintain and upgrade rail,
housing and schools.
