I am curious as to why ESI signed an MUO with Transfield. I thought after last year's AGM they were not going to sign any more MUO's. Given their track record with MOU's none have ever resulted into agreements.
Hopefully, this MOU is a precursor to a signed deal otherwise they would not have announced it. I dont believe MOU's must be disclosed to the ASX.
