Great run down Seals, I too like what I've read only downside is dilution however as you said the price we have to pay to get a good deal done for the benefit of Gunson Shareholders first and Strandline Second as they are getting exposure to our copper and nickel prospects and a ready to go Coburn. Having said that they are bringing a experience team which can only enhance Coburn.

Also excited about the advance discussions about Fowlers Bay I do hope it leads to something but I guess we won't hear much about this until this deal is bedded down..
