strandline have no money, this is a backdoor listing for them in my opinion to gain access to money. all they bring to the table is some tenements and some management who will be replacing all our directors except BB. They are getting a heap of shares in the deal and as directors will probably get a heap more for free plus free options. and how much will they be paid? BB came in and gave us a bit of direction and everyone seemed happy with that, now we are doing a full 180 and going in an opposite direction, it wouldn't surprise me if they now tried to sell off all their non mineral sands assets.
