I'm sure some stooge has offered 10m for 20% of jdc but what do you think jdc's current Sh see the Npv of ihp as, it would have to be billions right? No wonder funds aren't coming quickly.
As an aside if you say ihp is 90% derisked then what should be the current Npv for wonarah?
