What we need now is the "detailed summary of transactions and details of the assets" , stated to be available mid December. (which means THIS WEEK)., which presumably will show a compelling case for the acquisition (based on numbers, not BS. and on raising positive cash flow within a specified period.

This is critical information for shareholders and will receive the scrutiny it deserves. ( with the help of Anatol, Cmonaussie, and others I hope).
